Jess started work at Businesswise two years ago as an Energy Administration Assistant, with no prior industry knowledge.
Now, Jess is a Customer Account Manager and the first port of call for her customers. Jess provides excellent customer service and is responsible for validating monthly invoices, dealing with any billing issues and general queries, plus overseeing the renewal process.
Jess’s defining moment while working at Businesswise Solutions so far has been, being part of the team working on the Red Rose Awards application, presenting to the panel of judges and getting shortlisted as a finalist.
