The Application Process

Apply
Each role we advertise requires a simple form to be filled in and sent, along with an up-to-date copy of your CV and cover letter.

Initial Interview
If your application stands out, we’ll reach out to discuss the role in more detail and invite you to a first interview, either at our office or virtually. During this stage, you’ll also complete the Elenchus Test, designed to give us insight into you and how you might thrive with us.

Second Interview
Congratulations on making it to the second stage! Here, you’ll meet our Managing Director, James, for an in-depth discussion and get a full tour of our office. This is your chance to connect with team members in your department and ask any questions you have about working at Businesswise Solutions.

Final Decision
If you’ve been successful, we’ll call to share the great news and follow up with an email confirmation. Our HR team will then reach out to guide you through the next steps, including your contract and any essential onboarding paperwork, so you’re all set for your start date.

First Day
Welcome aboard! On your first day, you’ll meet your manager and team, either in-person or remotely, who will help you settle in. We’ll provide your IT equipment and guide you through an onboarding session to get everything set up. Your manager will also arrange introductory meetings with each department, giving you a well-rounded insight into our business and how we work together.
