The subscription includes energy sensors, advanced software for data analysis and insights, and consultancy services for personalised energy management strategies.
How much does the subscription cost?
Pricing varies depending on your specific requirements and the scope of your solution. We don’t offer tiered plans or standard pricing because every organisation is different. Part of our sales and onboarding process is to make sure that we come up with a scope that meets your requirements and budget.
Are there any additional fees beyond the subscription cost?
The subscription cost covers all essential services, including hardware, software, and consultancy. No additional fees will apply unless you choose to scale up, increase the number of sensors or consult hours, add extra sites into the subscription etc. All additional subscription costs will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before any extra services are provided.
What are the minimum contract terms?
The minimum term that we work to is a 12-month commitment. This is because any less is unlikely to yield results and be cost prohibitive. We’re confident that clients will always see the value in extending beyond this term, so our pricing is based on the expectation that the relationship will continue long after the initial contracted period.
What is the onboarding process like?
The onboarding process is straightforward and typically completed within a few weeks. It includes an initial consultation to understand your energy needs, installation of energy sensors, software setup, and training for your team. Our consultants will guide you through each step to ensure a smooth transition.
Do you offer any guarantees?
Within the first year of using our service, if you are not satisfied we will work hard to address any specific challenges with the service. We can also offer a ‘break of convenience’ if you are not happy by the end of that first year, providing a safety net and limiting the maximum exposure.
Can I try the product before committing to a subscription?
Whilst we cannot offer a free trial, we are more than happy to look at a small scale pilot scheme, for you to use as a proof of concept. For this, we would look to use the hardware, software and consultancy, but in a scaled down version of what a full rollout would look like. This would be a ‘paid-for’ proof of concept trial, and we may be able to partially fund this.
